Starting at a very young age I was exposed to music from by my parents. My Father and Grandfather were both Professional Guitarists, so it was only natural for me to develop a sense of melody and rhythm early on. As we traveled widely during my youth I became acquainted with a diverse range of musical influences. On my Grandfathers side was all of the rich sounds of early Jazz and Bebop. Where as my Father was very much into the traditional sounds of Folk and Country music. I would listen for hours on end as they played and performed.

We finally settled down in the San Francisco Bay. This was a time of music that knew no boundaries. I was already performing with local bands by the age of 13. It was during this era that I came to discover the art of communicating through my instrument on a truly emotional wavelength. It has always been my goal to give the listener the opportunity to experience the music as if they were directly responsible for its creation also.
